I need help with handstands

I need some tips to help me with handstands, I can do them for a very long time up againist the pader but when I try to do them without the pader I get scared and my arms buckle and I don't kick my legs up high or hard enough.so anyone with any tips I would like to here them. :)

Before u do it make sure 2 stretch because tht helps alot. Practice it on a mat or carpet or damo and having someone spot u helps 2. Keep practicing over and over and u will eventually get it. Make sure ur hands stay in the same place and it is controlled. Hope it helped

When you do a handstand, make sure you keep your arms and legs straight at all times. If you fall, do what i told you before and you just roll out. Please stretch before you do it also.
