Dierenvriend Leona Lewis is razend op de organisatoren van "Britain's Annual Grand National race", een prestigieuze paardenrace. De dieren worden er afschuwelijk behandeld, vindt de zangeres van "Bleeding Love".

Het evenement vond zaterdag plaats in Liverpool en zorgde onmiddellijk voor heel wat woede bij dierenrechtenactivisten. "Teveel dieren moesten achteraf worden afgemaakt omdat ze te zware verwondingen hadden opgelopen." Ondanks enkele ingrepen aan het parcours, zoals zachtere hagen, stierven twee paarden tijdens de voorbereidingen van het evenement. "F**k de Grand National.
