You probably don't want to hear from me, but I care about everyone's sanity. i went to a psychology lecture on this topic a few months ago. the professor said the best thing to do is use the same logic your friend uses, but twist it to make bad things happen in the fantasy mindset. she'll feel tortured by it for a bit, if she's far enough into the false life. if she's not, she'll see that bad things will happen anywhere

@boolander-Very true. It's better than the hell known as the world; especially in my perspective. I most likely wouldn't say this if there wasn't one boy at my school who didn't annoy me so much I almost punched his face; almost being that the teacher is always watching us. Seriously, he's almost as bad as KOF (But it's not like I don't love my family, friends, etc.).

But it's Christmas vacation; one of the best christmas presents, and I'm enjoying my time from school! :D How's it goin' everyone!?

I never said there's anything wrong with living in a fantasy world, but there are limits...
I'd either:
1) Live in a fantasy world with my friends, family, and fictional characters,
or
2) Live in the real world with my friends, family, and fictional characters.
There's nothing wrong with dreaming and entering a fantasy world sometimes, I do that too, but like I said, there are limits, and I think you're crossing those if you love Bellatrix Lestrange more than your mother.

I say there's nothing wrong with living in a fantasy world sometimes, but the problem is you can't forget that you live in reality, not your fantasy. Like Best said, there are limits

Eh, limits are no fun. I get that, for a normal person, you would need limits in order to stay sane, but for people who aren't, it's better sometimes to just stay in that fantasy.
