I had a weird dream last night. I was a werewolf and Remus Lupin was there and he was my friend and he was very nice. Some of my friends were there as well and I told them to stay away 'cause I was a demon babeh!

They aren't werewolves. =P They're stated in the books as 'shapeshifters,' quite clearly. If you'd read more closely you'd know that, Twilight fan. It's sad that I'm an anti and I may remember more of the series than you. Also, it's spelled 'hippogriff.' Not that hard.

And even if they actually meant werewolf, I'd still chose the wolf over the hippogriff, so it doesn't really matter.

This is what a Twifan told me in the C.A.T spot, when I pointed this exact same thing out to her:

"I do know Meyer does not class these characters as werewolves, but since that's what most people seem to call them as far as I've seen that's what I called them in the pick. I also thought it would make the pick clearer to people who are not big enough fans of the book to be aware that she doesn't refer to these characters as werewolves despite that being what they are often referred to as by casual fans and what one might assume they are given that they are humans that transform into wolves. Since this spot has a lot of people who dislike the books I figured that would be the clearer way to refer to the characters.
So I was (well am) interested in people's opinion on the shapeshifters, and since there aren't any other werewolves to confuse with in the books as far as I know I figured people would know what I meant and give their opinions on the mythology of those characters."

Twilight 'werewolves' aren't werewolves. Remus Lupin is one, though, and I like him better :) Although Twilight Animangi are pretty cool, too.

Whoever wrote this doesn't seem to know there's werewolves in Harry Potter to (R.I.P. Remus Lupin), in fact there aren't really any werewolves in twilight there's SHAPESHIFTER which every true twilight fan should know. I know because I read all the books twice (didn't realise how distasteful some things were back then) so every twilight fan who don't know this probably should revalue their status as fans because obviously the only reason they like twilight is because they think Edward is hot (he isn't).
