In Hp not much but there is but Twilight definittely has better couples in HP there are some make-up breakups but it is greatly focused on MAGIC

Come on in Harry Potter half the couples are BS, George marries his dead twins EX, Percy doesn't marry the girl he was dating for five years, Harry and Ginny came out of nowhere, it was a bunch of rushed crap.

Edward - Bella, Alice - Jasper, Emmett - Rosalie, Carlisle - Esme, Jacob - Renesmee, James - Victoria, etc. So many more... :)

especially Severus Snape and Lily Evans, though unrequited love.

The couples in HP develop over time, we are questioning ourselves through out the series wheather JKR will ship who we think she should ship. Twilight they seem to be set pretty in stone.

The couples in HP develop and change through the series. It's ever so sweet! Especially Ron and Hermione, there's freakin' sexual tension for about six years and then they ALL LET IT OUT in Deathly Hallows!! Marvellous. Don't even get me started on Severus and Lily! That couple makes me heart ache everytime I think about it. Nothing in Twilight made me feel like that.

In Harry Potter the relationships are more realistic and there's a bit of everything. Friends who become lovers with Harry and Ginny, and Ron and Hermione who also went through their love/hate phase, Molly and Arthur are the sweet old couple who stay together until they die, Severus' love for Lily is deep, eternal and tragic because it's one-sided, Ron and Lavender have lust, etc. Twilight is just 'love at first sight', 'true love', 'made for each-other' blah blah blah. it get old really fast. You don't hear of too many people who stay in long lasting relationships based on 'love at first sight'. Harry Potter's couples are far more realistic.

Screw Twilight and all their couples. We dont FEEL the connection between them, we're just TOLD that they have it.

In Harry Potter we SEE the connection and the love grow. Dont want to write an essay about it, but this is my opinion on this matter.

There aren't any creepy, abusive stalkers; they come together and fall apart, just like in real life; and they actually have chemistry. I mean, come one, Molly and Arthur beat out any of Twilight's couples.

People say Twilight focuses enirely on real love; this I diagree with.

Bella and Edward; it's all a bit lame. He loves her because of her scent, while she loves him because he's very "hot." Plus, it seems Edward knows little about love since he watches her in her sleep and everything. Some things are alright about the couples (I prefer Bella and Jacob, and Alice and Jasper seemed alright together).

Harry Potter's couples is not rushed. In fact, it slowly builds through each book. The characters don't see someone and go, "Oh my gosh, I love you! Let's get married!" Two people (like Ron and Hermione) look simply like friends. Things happen, and then Hermione and Ron don't even kiss until the last book. It is much more realistic.

I had to choose Twilight bcause i actually ship all the endgame couples there. In Harry Potter, i had Romoine and Harriny(the main endgame couples). I also really hate Harry/Cho. In Twilight, the only couple i hate is Bella/Jacob.

I hate Harry/Ginny, Neville/Hannah, Luna/Rolf, Draco/Astoria and George/Angelina.

I like the love themes in Harry Potter better and they touch me more.

Snape's love for Lilly is so sad, so desperate and kind of romantic.
Hermione/Ron are like the cutest couple ever. So cute how they are like through the years. Always fighting but they are so in love with each other. :)
Harry/Ginny such a great story. First he thinks she is a little child. And then she grows up to become such a bad-ass. And he totally falls in love with her.
Molly/Arthur: Love them!!!

In Harry Potter she tells about love, loyality, bonding & why people fall in love. In Twilight it's about teenage hormones, lust, hotness. There was not even one page where Bella said something about Edward's character, we only read how beautiful he is, blahblahblah... (And this is not a bad thing - but it´s just not love.)

I dislike a lot of HP couples and though I don't dislike any of twilight couples I don't care, and I think that speaks louder than anything. I didn't like Hermione and Ron till the fifth book but they grew on me and now I love them. I still don't like Harry and Ginny and can't give you a reason why. I hate that Neville didn't end up with Ginny or Luna, but hell at least I care who they end up with and aint programed from book one to lean on way or the other. The only couple that you didn't know who they would end up with was Bella but hell It's easy to see that she'll choose Edward.
