i agree with cassie-1-2-3 there no such thing as a bad writer, but there is a less gifted writer...one who writes and the book is interesting but lacks full vivid details and imagination.

Agreed, except there's also no such thing as a BAD writer, either. If you tell the truth--what you honestly believe as the truth--then you're doing your job as a writer. The only bad ones are the kind that lie, and those are easy to spot.

i think that cassie is right, there is no such thing as a bad writer, its really a personal opinion thing as to whether you like their work or not, i did not like the twilight books but i did enjoy the host

I congratulate her for finishing her books (which I find a hard time doing), and for her sucess, but I don't care too much for her writing. It's a personal opinion really, so like cassie said, I don't believe there's such thing as a bad writer. I found the writing a little clunky, and I'm not crazy about the plot in general.
