Which part of Deathly Hallows where you felt real fear?

For me it's when Harry uttered Voldemort's tabbooed name. No matter how many times i've listened to DH audiobook i still feel same raw fear like i did the first time. I can't really explain why. It's probably due to Jim Dale's superb storytelling.

probably when Harry and Hermione went Godrics hollow, it was so suspensful and a bit like a horror movie how you know something is about to happen and the scary music starts and your all on the edge.

When Harry came out of the Pensive and was walking in the Forest to Voldemort. It didn't really make me scared, but it was creepy.
