Self explanatory. I've looked around for the answer, but I just can't find it. If you know, tell me please, it will gretly help the lay out of the susunod chapter of my fan-fic.

And besides, if they weren't allowed to swim in the lake, they wouldn't have had the lake task in Goblet of Fire.

I'm pretty sure that in book 4 Viktor Krum was swimming in it, because I remember Hermione saying something about how it might be cold for them, but it was colder where Viktor was from. Hope this helps :)
