Well, you turn how many hours you'd like to back, like 3. You'd appear in that oras where you turned the Time Turner, and you don't want anyone to see you incase they just saw you, or areabout to. You don't want to see yourself, because the first you in that oras might not know about the Time Turner, and think you've gone crazy, and try to kill the you that went back in time. Also, if you get hurt in that hour, you'll feel it in the other you.
