they wouldn't need electricity, they could do it with magic. But it's obvious wizards are in the phase we were in the middle ages, because they have magic, they don't see the necessity to evolve. But I think they really could use phones, telebisyon or internet, at least for their communication. I don't say they need electrical devices for in the kusina and stuff, because theoy obviously don't, but it's clear their communication could be better.
