Lily's POV
Rose, Aimee and Lizzie stood in the doorway. In the back of my mind, I was thinking stuff like Uh-oh. But my expression remained blank. I stared at Rose intently, trying to get her attention. Finally, she noticed me. I mouthed the words 'We're being interrogated!' Rose nodded and walked over to us.
''Harry, we need to talk.''

Rose's POV
I think I surprised everyone when I called my uncle sa pamamagitan ng his first name - I really only called him Harry in my head, not in public. But yesterday I didn't really care, I was too pissed off to do anything else.
I explained to him that we didn't need his help, any of theirs. We were handling this situation perfectly and we needed nobody's help. Aimee interjected me a couple of times, but it was needed. Strength in numbers is highly effective.
When I think about our conversation with Harry, he didn't really speak much. He just sort of nodded and stared at the ground, taking in what I said.
Professor Dippet is explaining the constellations and their meanings, but as usual I'm barely paying attention. puwang is too far away: I need to focus on the problems here. But my attempt to focus is disturbed when Scorpius passes me a note.
Want to go to the aklatan night, same time as usual?
I write back almost instantly.

Lunch, The Great Hall
''Rosie, I don't think this is a good idea..'' Albus studies my expression after I tell him about my meeting with Scorpius. ''I mean, Dad's still here.. he could tell your dad.''
I'm aware of that, I know that Harry is still here. But I just can't decline on Scorpius - besides, maybe a little chat with somebody that isn't caught up in all my current events would be a breath of fresh air.
'Look, no matter what any of you say, I'm going. I need this.'' I give Albus a steely look, and he backs down. I just think that I really do need this - if I don't get some free time soon I'm going to explode.
''It's not that we're not happy .. it's just we can't help but be worried. I mean, Scorpius could be on their side. He's a Slytherin.'' Aimee looks me straight in the eye when she says this, and I'm shocked.
''That's so hypocritical, Aimee. I mean, Kendall's a Gryffindor and she's on their side.. Hugo is too.'' Aimee says nothing, and I know that she knows that she's beaten.
I just need to get to the aklatan soon.

Defense Against the Dark Arts - 2:00
Professor Hopkirk is in an especially bad mood today, and none of us are in the mood to bother her. So we sit up straight, do our work, and remain utterly silent. When she calls on me, I jump.
''ROSE WEASLEY! The definition of an animagus?''
I answer instantly. ''Animagus: Somebody who has the ability to turn into an animal and back into a human over their free will.''
She seems slightly upset that I didn't get it wrong, but I don't let it bug me. I'm in a bit of a happy mood and I intend to let nothing get me down. She continues on with her lesson, but halfway through Aimee pokes me in the ribs.
''Look! Out the window!'' She hisses.
I look out the window and gape. Hugo is hovering outside the window - directly outside of it. He keeps on waving to us, and then he catches my eye, and waves even madami frantically with major enthusiasm.
''Idiot,'' I mutter. ''When he falls off, I hope he doesn't expect me to visit him in the Hospital Wing.''
''You don't mean that,'' Aimee whispers.
But I do. Honestly, if he fell off I would feel like I wouldn't be allowed to visit him, that he'd request to not see me. It hurts. Because, he thinks that I don't care about him: but I do.
I do.

Gryffindor Common Room - 4:45
I was sitting in the Common Room, doing my homework, when Kendall ran into the room, tears streaming down her face.
''ROSE!'' She screams. ''Hugo's been hurt! He fell off his-''
But Kendall never gets a chance to finish. I cut her off, run past her, and straight out the Common Room door. I know Albus and James are running behind me, because I can hear their footsteps and they're calling my name. But I don't answer. Hugo's been hurt and I need to tend to him. I need to.
No matter what, even if he pushes me away, I'm talking to him. Letting him know that I care about him. I finally arrive at the Hospital Wing, and I see Hugo all bandaged up and sleeping.
The tears flow freely down my face now, and there's no stopping them. But something makes me stop dead in my tracks when I see that someone is sitting sa pamamagitan ng Hugo's bed.
It's Harry.

Hospital Wing - 5:00
Albus and James are behind me now, and I can tell they're shocked sa pamamagitan ng their father's appearance as much as I am. But I don't let Harry stop me - I still walk over to Hugo's kama and grab his hand.
''You'll be okay,'' I whisper. ''Don't worry.''
Lily has arrived too, to see Hugo, and James and Albus sit susunod to me. Aimee and Lizzie come from hapunan to check on him, and they sit with us too. Even my other cousins stop by.
After ten minutes, Hugo's eyes flutter open.
