Well, sort of. Rowling did say Bella had a thing for Voldemort, didn't she? But I think Bella just lusts for him because of the power he is, or if it's love at all it's the dark and twisted kind. I don't think Voldemort is human enough to love Bella though, like ItComesToThis said, I'm sure he doesn't give a shit about Bella's feelings for him, as long as she serves him.

I think she has always loved him, she is completely devoted to him and will do anything to try and get in his 'good books'. but obviously voldemort doesn't love her back, well he might not even realise seeing as though he is so unfamiliar with love altogether.

@theelderwand - since she was comparing this love to the love Molly Weasley had for her children (at least in the only example I've seen), I don't think she necessarily meant romantic love.
