Most kamakailan magpabago made on 7 December 2007.

This is an expansion of the pagtitip. thread, link, listing all the significant characters on the ipakita and a brief paglalarawan of what we know about them as of the most kamakailan episode. This means that this is chock-full of spoilers, and should not be read sa pamamagitan ng anyone who hasn't seen all the episodes or doesn't want to find out about character developments outside of the pacing of the ipakita itself.

OK, with that caveat, here's the list, divided into three sections: characters with powers, characters without powers, and deceased characters. I've included only...

So gruesome you sometimes can't look, so real you double-take, and so essential to the quality of the ipakita that it wouldn't be what it is without them. The make-up effects used in bayani are in a whole league of thier own. From graphic autopsy thrillers to extremely nasty burns, so much of what you see is real-life make-up and prosthetic effects. Heading the team that break bones, mangle hands and scar faces is the shows make-up producer and designer, GLENN HETRICK. He was madami than happy to talk to the bayani magazine and reveal some tricks of the trade...

I enjoy watching Heroes. I truly do. It's a great ipakita to watch and every week I tune in. But from the very beginning of season one, I had issues with bayani and its very obvious character parallels to X-Men. Sure there are those basic powers one must hit for entertainment purposes: flying, instant healing, pagbaba minds. But just for my sake of drawing the character parallels because this stuff interests me, here are some of the instant X-Men/Heroes connections (nine-tenths of my X-Men knowledge is based on the pelikula -- so I apologize if I managle comic book lore.)

 Nissan Versa. Nissan Versa.
Nissan Versa. Nissan Versa.
Tim Kring is a genius. Masi Oka is a rockstar. Ali Larter and Hayden Panittiere are smoking hot. NBC's new ipakita bayani is the talk of the town and for good reason. But there's one very big and painful problem with the ipakita that could only get worse with its popularity...selling out to big corporate ad dollars.

Never before have I seen such blatant product placement in a telebisyon ipakita until the araw I saw the pilot episode. Every time I see that Nissan Versa or the mention of it on the ipakita makes me cringe. The mansanas iPod video was a little less blatant, but irritating nonetheless. Product placement...

Holly Dale
This episode was dircted sa pamamagitan ng first time bayani director, holly Dale!

Holly’s credits:

I’m going to keep this one short. An cold took me down over the American Thanksgiving holiday and I'm prepping to direct Episode 19 so I have limited my time.

Only one or two notes:

The guys at Optic Nerve created a really cool appliance for Zach Quinto for the moment when Jack Coleman slits his throat. We shot film of Jack really cutting this appliance which gushed blood. It was freaky. But in post-production we found it madami powerful to have Jack do the slice off-stage in a close up and then cut wide for...

Well, I thought I'd write a little tribute to Matt Parkman since he is my paborito hero. He probably isn't alot of people's favorite. Sure, most bayani viewers like him well enough, but he doesn't stand out to them. Parkman doesn't get the tagahanga support of Peter or Claire or even Sylar. So I thought I'd write a little something on WHY he is my favorite, and why he deserves madami respect.

What makes Matt Parkman my hero..

1. Unlike the others, he was already trying to save the world (in his own small way) before he ever got his powers. He was a cop. Sure, his pagbaba disability kept him from being...

Heroes is a dramatic ipakita that has many common themes, such as sexuality and violence. A theme that runs between those two is that of rape and other sexual assault/violence elements. Some of Heroes’ sexual predators have been used to bring sex appeal to the show, engaging the viewers while simultaneously repelling them, while others are meant simply to disgust and terrify. Characters Brody, Doyle, Sylar, Flint, and even Elle to some extent have threatened our protagonists with sexual violence.

Despite having no powers of which to speak, Brody is perhaps the most disturbing. He doesn’t start...

present peter petrelli
This weeks episode titled "I Am Become Death" is set 4 years into the future. First, Matt Parkman is induced sa pamamagitan ng a substance to see the future, so we end up in the future via Matt Parkman. Then, picking up from last weeks ending, future Peter Petrelli arrives in the future with Peter Petrelli from the present. We end up in the future through multiple angles and I'll definitely have to watch this again to get a better grasp on this.

Upon arriving in the future Peter Petrelli from this future is shot down and killed sa pamamagitan ng Claire Bennet leaving Peter Petrelli from our time to fend for himself. He escapes...

I could not find any other way to get all this interview down other than put it into a soapbox article...

Q: Is everyone coming back for Season Two?

Kring: Well, I don’t want to spoil that for the fans. Clearly we left things up in the air with several of the characters and we want to make sure that the fans don’t know what’s going to happen so that it doesn’t spoil their [enjoyment].

Q: You sinabi 24 episodes. Does that mean no one really died?

Kring: Again, you really just have to wait.

Q: But you’re keeping them available so you can bring them back?

Kring: Exactly, they’re all on retainer...

1=Best 10=Worst
By best i am looking for the most useful power and worst i am looking for, obviously, the opposite the useless.
Best
1Peter-absorbs the powers that the other bayani he has met Who wouldn't want to fly,be invisible, time travel and the best part is he can never die. (unless glass is in your head)

2Sylar-knows how things work and steals powers he would be tied for the most useful powers, if he didn't eat brians (i know strange isn't it?), but still has many madami powers than Peter does, like melting metal or superhearing.

3Claire-Instant healing
although this would be annoying considering...

 Jack Coleman, bayani
Jack Coleman, Heroes
I'm posting this as a soapbox artikulo because I'm unable to add this as a link (for some reason).

link for the original text at TV Guide.

Here's the artikulo reprinted:

Jack Coleman, Heroes: What's Going On Behind the Glasses?
by Ileane Rudolph

How does a mild-mannered dinastya vet come to be one of current pop culture's most enigmatic TV characters? What lured Jack Coleman to the role of Heroes' Mr. Bennett, aka Horn-rimmed Glasses/H.R.G.? And, for once and for all, what are this protective patriarch's ultimate intentions? TV Guide hit the actor with those hot topics and more.

TV Guide: Congratulations...

Doc Brown prepares to explain a timeline tangent in Back to the Future Part II
Doc Brown prepares to explain a timeline tangent in Back to the Future Part II
This artikulo will be an attempt to describe the multitude of timelines featured in Heroes, a ipakita with a heck of a lot of time travel and prophecy aversion. As of the end of the fourth season, there are twenty-nine (or seventy-four; see below) different timelines in the Heroes story – wow! Hopefully this can help with wrapping our brains around the complex plot. Note that this will not cover any alternate timelines that may be featured in the graphic novels, as I haven’t read all of them and I don’t have a good grasp on their goings-on. This is complicated enough already.

The first timeline...

 Stylized synesthesia.
Stylized synesthesia.
link is a neurological condition characterized sa pamamagitan ng the crossing of separate senses, allowing for perception of external stimuli to merge together. An example of such is to have sound appear to the synesthete as pulsing mga kulay floating in the air. Heroes has introduced a synesthete character, Emma, whose stylized synesthesia is presented as a superpower alongside Hiro’s mastery of time and space. I initially found this handling of synesthesia insulting, but have somewhat cooled off after the reveal that Emma’s synesthetic ability allows her to supernaturally control sound in such a way that...

Each time I see a great scene in a show, I mentally put it on a list. Sometimes these lists are transferred to paper, which get Nawawala within a few days, or sometimes I forget altogether.
