Do you think England should be portrayed as madami polite?

Sometimes I cringe at England's... erm... words (I REEEEALLLLY hope I didn't offend any of you England fans). Do you think England's perfect the way he is or should he be madami polite/nicer?

In America we have two stereotypes. One is the overly polite, fancy British person with the fancy accent, and the other one is what you described.
