who else here does not like that hiccup gets seperated from toothless

Personally, sad as it was, I feel like it's perfect. Hiccup is finally realizing that try as he might, some people will always want to hurt dragons and that they can't live in peace. He also knows that Toothless will not only be happier with the Light Fury, but that other dragons need him to lead them as their alpha. And they head him to keep them safe. But it's mostly Hiccup realizing that he's been too busy trying to make a world that clearly can't exist, and at the end of the day, he has to make that decision for what's best for Toothless.

I was really sad sa pamamagitan ng the ending. I think the first two pelikula were solidifying that they were family and then the last movie showed how they began to drift apart.

I think the message of letting go of loved ones is good, but for this franchise, I would have much preferred them to stay together. Why couldn't all the vikings ilipat to the hidden world?

Also, it really hurt when Toothless wasn't at the wedding and didn't recognize Hiccup right away at the end of the movie. :'(
