Wilson and Cuddy found themselves in front of Foreman in Cuddy's office one afternoon. Foreman was being curious and suspicious as to where House really is.
Cuddy: We already told you, House is out the case this time.
Foreman: How come he's out?! The patient needs his diagnostics skill or he'll die!
Cuddy: I’m sure he will and we will avoid that sa pamamagitan ng you doing a lumbar ---
Foreman: A lumbar puncture? We already did and it came back negative. ---- Something's going on and we know it's not right and damn with the idea that you're not telling it to us!
Wilson: Foreman...
Foreman looked at Wilson as House's friend did the same. Foreman was ipinapakita an agressive stare while Wilson had these signs of humility.
Foreman: This is nuts... --- I'm going to look for House...
Foreman heavily grabbed the file from Cuddy's mesa and stared at both of them fiercely before getting out of the office, leaving the door slamming hard and loud behind him.
Cuddy and Wilson looked at each other. He could tell that she was about to cry but she was holding back. Hospital problems, stress at tahanan and emotional distress because of having no House around will soon crumble down the Cuddy people think don't have the sense of vulnerability. Wilson figured out, that in times like these, Cuddy needs a hug and so he did.

Later that afternoon, they decided to see House again. Both of them drew smiles on their lips when they saw him walking down the hallway.
House, on the other hand, had his puso beat faster as Wilson's, Cuddy's and Dr. Pitt's image grew bigger as he walked on. He knew that Wilson and Pitt were real but with Cuddy he was in a doubt. Amber suddenly appeared walking beside him a few centimeters away. She leaned to whisper to his ear.
Amber: Prove to me that you deserve to be the man with Cuddy...
House: <Whispery> Shut up...
The guard weirdly looked at him.
Amber: <Chuckled devilishly> We all have our ends, don't we? Too bad yours is worst than anyone else. Tell her or you're doom to be miserable for the rest of your life...
House looked her as she was chuckling devilishly again. He felt insulted as his temper build up until he can't hold it no longer again. He raised his arm and heavily land it to Amber's face. His fist made a cut that gave way for the fresh blood to flow down on her snow white skin. He felt a hand holding his arm as he was brought back to the reality. Too bad he attacked another patient thinking it was Amber. He was panting hard and he felt sorry for the man he hit.
Wilson, Cuddy and Pitt got down on their feet sa pamamagitan ng the time his fist landed on the patient's face. All of them wore stunned faces as House turned to look at them. He wasn't afraid of the consequences of his agressive attack, he was afraid of Cuddy's reaction especially now that she saw with her own eyes what he did.
Dr. Pitt: I'm afraid that gave us enough reason to ilipat him...
House sighed and signaled Wilson that they need to talk a few distance away. Wilson don't need to be signaled twice leaving Cuddy with Pitt.
Wilson: You do realize that wouldn't put you out of this place easily...
House: Yah, your girlfriend that too me too.
Wilson: Amber? You're still seeing my dead girlfriend?
Cuddy and Dr. Pitt were speaking with each other too while they were standing a few walks from House and Wilson.
Dr. Pitt: I assume, you're House's medical proxy...
Cuddy: <stammered> Not really...
Dr. Pitt: Lisa, I'm afraid to ---
Cuddy: Proceed with your plan of admitting him to psych ward?
Dr. Pitt nodded in agreement. Cuddy sighed. House estola a quick glance at Cuddy before looking at Wilson again.
House: And... I don't want you bringing Cuddy in here...
Wilson: <Stunned> What?! House, she has to know how you're doing, not just because she's the ---
House: Yah, yah, yah, I get it.
Cuddy: <Calling in a loud enough voice> House!
House and Wilson turned to look at her.
Cuddy: Got a minute?
House nodded back at Cuddy before he and Wilson exchanged looks again.
House: Again, don't you dare bring her back here...
He finally walked towards Cuddy and Dr. Pitt as if everything's fine.

minutos later, House and Cuddy found themselves contented having each other around. Both of them agreed that moments like these make them happy but neither of them told the other about the enchanting feeling. Amber appeared from behind the puno and House tried to hide his stunned reaction from Cuddy. She isn't going near them instead she herself looked at them intently.
House sat down on a wooden bench after their long walk around the place. He was rubbing his bum leg while avoiding her stare as Cuddy looked at him, eyes filled with hidden pity.
Cuddy: Pitt told me about his decision...
House: <Sighed> I know...
Cuddy: That's it? --- You're giving up on this?
Silence swallowed the two for a moment.
House: If I say I don't want to be admitted in psych ward, would they agree with me? --- My opinion no longer matters...
House looked up and finally got Cuddy's stare before they went into a deafening silence again. He couldn't stand looking at her like that, with eyes ready to be invaded sa pamamagitan ng tears any moment soon, so he looked down on the ground again.
House: I... I don't... <tried to smile about it but still fell on being serious> I don't want you coming here to see me...
Cuddy's surprised with House's sudden request. His voice sounds like he hardly thought this out but deep inside, he doesn't like what he said.
Cuddy: Why?
Amber was far from him but he could hear her in his brain whispering.
Amber: Tell her now or you might lose the chance of doing so...
House sighed as Cuddy sat down beside him.
Cuddy: House, are you with me? Tell me why...
House looked at her.
Amber: You know the reason why... Don't lose your nerve, just tell her...
Cuddy raised her eyebrows urging him to tell her why he doesn't want her coming and seeing him.
Amber: What's taking you so long?
He looked down again.
House: <In his mind> I can't do it, I really can't... <To Cuddy> Because...
Amber: Oh this is fun! <Sing song> House and Cuddy sitting on a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g...
House: <Sighed> Because... <He looked only to see Cuddy's blue eyes> Your little bastard child needs you madami than I do...
He felt relieved of having passing that moment but not at all cost. He knew he hurted her again and with Cuddy's blank reaction, he's afraid that he might have Nawawala the only person he knew who cares for him, well beside Wilson. Amber, on the other hand, stopped pag-awit and looked at him with one eyebrow arched.
Cuddy sighed because she couldn't believe that those words come out of House's mouth again. She knows he knew that it will hurt her, but he sinabi it anyway. She stayed, though in pain, since for her, House is just being House.
House, on the other hand, looked down on the ground. Feeling stupid for blurting it out. He wished he could turn it all the way back and say what he really wanted to but he knows, he will just do the same.
