And Hugh's eyes..I mean House's pardon :p...filled with tears that do not wanted to come out...his look when Cuddy said she had dumped Lucas...the astonishment in his his eyes after her confession...and the kiss!! The most tender I have ever seen! =,) I must say I had immagined it differently, but this...this is definetely ten thousands times better what my immagination could reach....he kissed her like if his sweetest dream were suddenly coming true...so gently, like if he was tasting her flavor....and Cuddy's smile ate the end!!! I am really going insane...too beautiful =,)

I'll never forget the delicacy of this moment. And what I am impressed the most is...I could have never immagined a moment so tender and romantic to take place on a show like House and still they were able to make it fit smoothly....amzing =,)

@pc you're right wilson CAN be a party pooper. im worried too that he will think that house will hurt cuddy or that cuddy jumped into it too fast. i think its really important that wilson is completely on their side and supportive. i saw an article on the site that said they dont need counseling: they have wilson ;)

Dont feel bad @House-MD! My family and friends constantly point out how obsessed i am, addicted i am, a dork, etc etc lol.

It's just so awesome to put so much time and energy into a ship and have it finally come true! :D I've put energy into other ships that haven't turned out or imploded and finally having Huddy...i just cant stop saying how awesome it is!

Talking about...ehm...*caughs*...THE Huddy moment to come XD...i.e. Huddex :P I have been thinking about it. Ok, now let me explain...I have not been picturing IT vividly....I am not THAT into THEM to turn it into a porn XD I have just been thinking...

We have read KJ and the writers said they are planning to make season 7 start without cheating us on the best part of this relationship (....such a wonderful word =,)...sorry, still processing emotions...). What does that mean? To my mind, that means they are gonna pick it up exactly where they left it, or at least a few minutes or hours after.
It's obvious they can't possibly NOT tell us what happened next. Did they keep kissing? Did House rebandage his shoulder? Cuddy helped him? Wilson called? Did she stay with him or she get back to Rachel who probabily have already been staying with Marina for hours?

And most importantly....which is my point...how is gonna be their second first time? How's gonna happen? I am thinking they are gonna need to build up the tension...both theirs and ours...it's not their style to give away so easily a moment which has been obviously so long-desired from their fans.

I wonder how are they gonna play this card...it's tough because it must look realistic and must have something special in it. I don't think they are planning to open the premiere showing them in bed....too soapy and clichéd. Dear Doris is surely up to sth much more interesting ;)

@pc I shipped Jack/Audrey and Bill/Karen on "24:" Audrey was tortured into being catatonic and Bill died. I also shipped Dumbledore/McGonagall from HP but then JK Rowling said he was gay (i still ship them anyway lol) and Elliott/Olivia from SVU but that has the slimmest chance of happening ever. So...Huddys all I got!

@Bea we posted at the same time! lol but i dont think they will start it immediately afterwards, but maybe a couple of days afterwards. im sure the 2 of them will be taking a couple days off because of wht happened so i can see them coming back into PPTH for the first time, dating, and having someone make an announcement or say something...i would LOVE to see everyones reactions along with Wilson: we'll get eyerolls, squeals, about times, holy craps...it would be epic!

I'm not sure they are having sex at the night of the season finale. I think they were both too exhausted (physically and emotionally) but I think House went home with Cuddy. Season 7, episode 1, first scene: House waking up in bed with Cuddy next to him... *sigh*

I am going with the theory that they do not have sex directly after the season finale. I think that Cuddy is going to want it to be "special". I think that finding the time will be part of the fun of either the first episode or shortly after.
Also, I think that they were tired, injured, smelly right after the crane crash. The tub was full of broken glass. There is a lot to be worked out. Most importantly is that she is his boss. Also, other little things like where the heck is Thirteen going? I would like to say I was concerned except I was too Huddy drunk to notice.
LOTS of interesting things ahead. As far as I am concerned, I look forward to the good, and some of the bad and I just hope that they day the show ends, they are together however that happens.

Ok, to back up my thoughts I present the scene immediately after from my point of view.
Of course, I am just too lazy to make it into a whole Fan Fiction.

Here is the scene.

House leaned in to kiss Cuddy again and his hand sought hers as they clasped each other. What had started with trepidation was quickly replaced with the confidence of revealed feelings. Neither was thinking anymore as much as they were caught up in the joy of a moment neither had expected even hours before.
Houses’ cell phone starts to ring.
He clearly doesn’t want to break away from Cuddy.
She turns her head and breaks the kiss… “you should really answer that.”
After a moment, he reaches in his pocket and takes his phone out.
“Wilson?”
“Are you ok? Foreman said you…”
“I’m fine.. Good even.” He still has a hold of Cuddy’s hand and her eyes are totally focused on his.
“Are you sure? If you need me to come over I..”
“No!...I mean, I need to clean up a little and catch some sleep. I’ll be just fine.”
Cuddy’s eyes got big at the thought of Wilson coming over. She knew that she had taken a big step and so had House, but telling Wilson, telling anyone was a little too soon. House seemed to pick up and share her feelings.
“If you’re sure… Maybe you should come back here so we can check on your wounds.”
House looked at Cuddy, she was close enough to hear Wilson’s words. She nodded “No”.
“Wilson, really I’m good. I am going to get cleaned up and get some rest.”
The contentment in House’s voice was enough to convince Wilson.
“Ok, I’ll see you tomorrow. Take care.”
House was still looking at Cuddy as he hung up his phone.
“Let me help get your bandages changed and get you to bed.”
House looked at her with a look like he was thinking of something other than sleep.
“To SLEEP, because I really need to get home to Rachel.”
“I don’t want you to go.” He said with an honesty that seemed born of the moment.
“I don’t want to go either. We’ll have time.” She reached up and stoked his face and smiled at him. Then she slipped from him to grab a wash cloth and look for some bandages.
“Take your shirt off.” She said over her shoulder.
“You first” he threw back.
“I’m not the one with the gash in my neck.” She chuckled as she said it.
She found what she needed with a little looking. He sat on the toilet seat while she gently pulled the bandage off and cleaned his wound. Then she carefully reapplied the bandage.
He grabbed her hand as she finished and held it again. The feeling was so novel and comforting to him.
“When am I going to see you again?”
“Well, I have to go home, get cleaned up, take care of Rachel and …how about later tonight? Call me when you wake up. And make sure you get your sleep…you’ll need it.”
House walked her out to the door and gave her a kiss goodbye. She left to her home, her daughter, the wreckage of a relationship she had just ended and the promise of resuming one stalled for twenty years.

BTW...I am just watching the show for the second time all the way through and when Hannah's husband Charlie says, "I don't care about your legs, I love you." House and Cuddy look at each other and WOW.

@PC I agree with you on Wilson. I am wondering how long they will keep it from him.

YES…all of that. I loved his expressions. I watched the whole thing again and it is a wonderful episode. I love it! The look on his face when he says “Because I’m the most mixed up person in the world” and she says, “I know”…it’s like he can’t believe she is accepting him. Stunning.

I agree that I don't see how they are NOT gonna pick it up excactly from the kiss. And I have immagined House reciving a call that breaks the kiss, just like you; and also Cuddy insisting on rebandaging his shoulder; I had also thought to the fact that they wouldn't spleep together that night, because of the reasons you mentioned, but also that House would have told her that he would be at her place in no time once he had cleaned himself up.

One of the other scenarios, I pictured in my head, takes place a few hours later and the opening scene shows House and Cuddy still holding hands, fallen asleep on his couch...then suddenly House's phone rings and they wake up. Cuddy realizes she gotta rush out to her house, while House deals with the phone call dismissing in a flash whoever it is because he is already totally focus on Cuddy.

Just thought to mention another crazy ship I made up: in the first book I shipped Herminone and Draco...thought the power of love would redempt him XD...I never really ship Hermione and Ron :p

I was never a Draco/Hermione shipper but I liked Harry and Hermione at first (I HATE Ginny lol) and I've always liked the silly stories with Umbridge and Filch. Glad to see another Dumbledore/McGonagall shipper as well! :D

@Belle I'm just going to have to watch that episode over again. I have seen the last scene about a kajillion times but not the rest of it and I was so into the dialogue the first time i think i missed a lot of significant looks. I'll have to do that and come back to discuss it.

@Bea a lot of what you said was in my head too! in fact, ive had a little fanfic idea playing around in my head for the past couple of days and i think im going to try and write it down and share it with all of you! :)

i also like the consensus everyone has reached about the no sex. i completely agree. i feel like so many people at this point are not interested in their relationship much at all but are just like "bring on the smut!" i hope the writers give us 1 really good tender sex scene and then concentrate on everything else the rest of the time. its a better reflection of their relationship and keeps it from being shallow.

Yeah I know what you mean...I read Hilly wrote something about that too.
I agree sex is important "as a moment" they are meant to share but it's not like I want their relationship to revolve around it.
I like to phantasize about it, or better, around the way writers are gonna play this card, whether they'll opt for a passionate first time or a tender one.
I am more inclined to the latter and after the finale I am positive they can deal with it with the most exquisite grace, without slipping into the cliché...

I am more interested in the way they are gonna deal with the way they ALL will adjust to the new situation...she is still his boss, which will complicate things. How's House gonna behave when it comes to authority? Will she be able to stand up to him as she used to or not? What about the hospital staff? I wonder if Lucas is really out of the picture...I mean, of course he is, but I wonder if he is meant to show up next season. Who knows about Wilson's reaction...I bet he will be less enthusiastic about it than last year. Maybe he doens't trust House the way he should yet....nor Cuddy, come to think of it.

There are so many things to sort out that I can barely prevent my mind from racing XD

I do love this season after all :P Who would have ever guessed "eventually" would come so soon? :D We all have already got used to the idea Huddy could even happen on the very end of the show...

Thank you! Yeah, this job offer was very unexpected. It happened the day after Help Me so I was very overwhelmed. A friend of mine called me that I should send my CV because there's job could be good for me. And the next they called me :) However IF I really get the job, I can start in September or later so it's not 100%. You know, anything could happen... But I did what I had to.
@Bea, I also have to manage school and job - you know I still have 1 year till I get my MA degree. And the school and the workplace is not in the same town... But I'll start to worry about that when I signed the contract ;D

Back to Huddy - I've read Hilly's article and I also commented it. I wrote that I WANT one sex scene. Really, we deserve it. But it would be enough for me. I know, House and Cuddy will have lots of sex but their relationship is much more than that. There are really deep feelings and big issues so I'd like to see the exploration of the many aspects of Huddy.

I completely agree with you Bea! There is a LOT to sort out. Imagine if you were one of the writers! Having to sort this all out...just trying to think about it gives me a headache too! Things have to change but stay the same, how will they change their interactions with each other and others...and this is just the Huddy relationship! There are like 8 other characters on the show lol.

I still have 6 more years of schooling to do! :0 i wish i could just jump right to my career too!

Just rewatched some bits of the finale. One thing I do love is the way House deals with the trapped woman...especially the scene when he is about to cut off her leg and he explains her every detail in order to make her ready, or the fact that he honestly says it's gonna hurt you like nothing she has ever felt. If someone knows what sufference really means, chronical pain included, that's certainly Houseì. And the hand-holding to comfort her...that's a totally brand-new House =,)

ps you notice the detail of the cane left hangling behind House walking towards the ambulance? As if he were leaving behind his old life...after the confession to Hannah and the recognition of what Nolan had leggimately supposed he thought he had screwd up in his life (the decision to keep his leg) maybe he can start over. How many tiny details they menage to think about and put into an ep? Amazing...

I didn't think of leaving the cane behind in that way, @Bea but now you mentioned it... It can symbolize that he's leaving his old life behind. Great thoughts! :))

@playingcold you are not alone, i love soccer to. Especialy, watching a game, drinking a beer, eat popcorns....and thinking at vacation. From july, will be only work, no school, so....i will have more time to analyze, rewatch, read fanfic, and hoping that september will come early:D!

I think I made a smart move this year you know...as I knew once House would end I would feel empty with nothing to fill my days with :p and taking advantage of the fact that I am currently leaving abroad, so I am supposed to be studying hard :P, I haven't been seeing all the other shows I like ;) I have left them for the summer.....
That should sort of prevent me from wondering every 2 hours if there are new House spoilers and what are the cast members doing XD

I hope they are not gonna air the premiere too late in Sept as they did last year...I am not that strong...and please, may it not be a year like the last one...with all those breaks...it ended pretty well but it would have been nicer for us to have a little sense of continuity...

Don't watch soccer ever, but I do love baseball! (Even though my team of choice is stinking up the field this season... oh well, such is the life of a Chicago baseball fan lol)

@maverickangel - I don't know how to play baseball so I don't watch. Well in hungary there are only 4 or 5 baseball teams, I think... But I'm glad that you could also find some distraction :D

@pc i am unfortunately,one of those obstinate people who never watches sports unless its on at a party or someone makes me :p i dont even watch the super bowl! lol. i usually just use the summer time to drown myself in some other obsession until House comes back on lol. This summer its looking like L&O SVU.

Don't feel stupid BTW, you can't know about it....it's an exchanging student program for European Students...we basically can choose a place where we want to spend a semester or a year of our career...depending on what kind of agreements our universities are with the foreing ones. I am currently living in Spain near Barcellona, but the Erasmus can make you go in different countries: Germany, Poland, France and so on. It depends also on what kind of career you're doing....it's pretty cool, even if I am studying harder than ever ;)

BTW on the Huli kiss...ehm Huddy...Obviously NO TONGUE IS REQUIRED!
Lots of kisses on TV happen without characters playing Alan Quatermain in somebody else's mouth XD This kind of kiss didn't really required tongue...it looked pretty real without it. Besides it definetely looks like he is tentatively doing it on purpose...and she looks like taking it pretty well too ;)

Those two are gonna drive me crazy XD I can't forget the 2009 Paley interview...she was soo flirty and there was a strange electricity in the air, I am telling you....You remember Hugh's mocking her laugh? Priceless...so cute :D
