I wasn't until 2 years after the discovery of Ranma that I found Inuyasha and I was so hung on Ranma 1/2 that it still did not catch my attention right away. It was at least 5 years later that I discovered Ranma at the Bellingham WA library. They had most of the mangas. I got hooked and now own all 7 seasons, movies, & OVA on DVD. (They sold each season at a good price on Amazon.com, but it looks like once the DVD's sell out they aren't going restock their shelves - Ranma's popularity is fading which is too bad since it's such a great series.
