Dib and Zim are usually portrayed as mortal enemies, sometimes as rivals, and, occasionally, reluctant mga kaibigan or teammates. As the series progresses, they both develop a grudging respect for the other. It is important to note that Dib, like Zim, does not know that Zim's mission is just something to keep him out of the way, and that he is a disgrace to the Irken population. Because he thinks Zim is actually a respected Irken, he is known to tanong how intelligent the species as a whole may be (i.e. "If Irkens are so advanced, why is your robot such a loser?"). Authors Note: This is a little complicated to understand, so read carefully. Also, im taking facts from nakaraan episodes and the never before seen episodes to write this with a little of my own thoughts put in. Enjoy! A week later in the cafeteria, at lunchtime I sat sa pamamagitan ng Dib. Dib and Zim were glaring at each other again.
    “Ugh, he bugs me like crazy! Can’t he just go back to his own stupid alien scum tahanan of a planet!?” Dib commented.
    Zim threw his uneaten lunch away as he stood up with anger in his eyes.
    “Uh, oh, this can’t be good,” I said. “This cannot be good at all.”
    Zim walked to our table. Dib left his lunch on the mesa and stood up to face him.

'Hey everybody, I brought tacos!' Jade walked into the room. 'Uh oh...' Kat thought still blushing.
Zim kept quiet but he looked furious.
Jade saw Kat blush at Zim. She stopped dead and dropped the plate. The tacos fell on the floor and GIR dived into the pile stuffing his mouth full.
Jade grew angry but breathed slowly and controlled herself. 'Too. Dles.' she sinabi trying to smile and walked out of the room.
'I need to stop Kat.' she mumbled. Jade didn't pag-ibig Zim but for some reason she was jealous. Maybe she was wrong?
