"Alice, what did I do wrong?" I asked uneasily.

"Bella, you did nothing wrong. It is Jacob who is the idiot here. You have been going out with him for what, a taon now? And, now he just ignores you for a week. Unbelievable," Alice answered.

"Should I go to his house?" I asked.

Alice just answered with a shrug. With that I stood up from my kama and sprinted down the stairs. I ran out of my house and to my truck. I just had to get some answers. The last time I saw him was on a petsa just a week ago. He seemed very normal then. I remember when he kissed me goodnight.

"Sweet dreams, Bella. I pag-ibig you," Jake said.

"Love you too," I sinabi quietly.

Jacob then leaned down and kissed me gently on the lips. He smiled, then turned to go to his car as I stepped into my house.

Am I already at his house? Was the ride shorter than usual? It was probably just the nerves. Yes, it was just nerves.

I sat in my truck for a few minutes, thinking about what might possibly happen when I confront him. Most of the possibilities were not great. I should probably just drive away now and avoid this confrontation all together.

"No, I can not just pretend that there is nothing wrong here," I whispered to myself.

I finally gathered enough courage to get out of my truck and walk to the door. The short walk to the door felt like centuries. I just wanted this to be over and done with. When I got to the door, I knocked on it three times.

Billy answered the door. Great.

"Hi, Bella," Billy sinabi with a fake smile plastered on his face.

"Hi, Billy, um is Jacob here? I need to talk to him," I said, returning the fake smile.

"I'm sorry Bella, Jacob is out with some friends. But I will tell him that you stopped by. And tell Charlie that I say hi,"Billy said.

"Do you know that Jacob has been ignoring me?" I blurted out and instantly regretted saying.

"Bella, this is something that you have to talk with him about, not me. I'm sorry," Billy said, with a sincere look on his face.

"Okay, I'll tell Charlie that you sinabi hi," I sinabi as I turned for my truck.

I heard Billy shut the door. I felt like I was going to cry. Again. I've been crying all week long, I'm surprised that I still have tears to cry. I am about 90% sure that Jacob was there, in his room just waiting for me to leave. Does he know how much he is hurting me? He has to know, because I've told him countless times that I loved him and that my life would be nothing without him. Well , I was not lying because right now, my life feels like a whole lot of nothing.

I managed to get tahanan before I completely broke down. Charlie was not tahanan yet, which was good. So Charlie would not feel guilty for not trying to comfort me. But no one could comfort
me right now. I ran up to my room and slammed the door behind me. I froze when I saw someone sitting on my bed.
