I do think Joe is changing and becoming madami mature but I don't think you can blame it all on Camilla. Obviously HE wanted to change. Camilla isn't like tying him down and saying "change, bitch!" lol. I don't really like Camilla AT ALL but it's unfair to pin everything on her! It's Joe's fault too.
But I do agree with everyone else. She's a total skanky bitch! But until Joe grows some balls and breaks up with her, we'll all just have to deal and get over it.
