Justin Bieber Help my sister please

My sister has psoriasis (really bad red dry scaly skin) over most of her body and wont go outside much at all. I want her to see Justin Bieber in INdianapolis in 2013 and have saved the money for two tickets which I know she will come out to go to, but I dont know the pass code to get the presale tickets. Can anyone please help me with this? Please

thanks for asking bout my sister. We did get to go to the concert after all and she's seeing a doctor about her skin. i hope we can find a way to go to his next concert here in Indy. hugs
