Although it will be hard for another artist to accomplish all that Michael did in his career, Jessica Jarrell says Justin Bieber may have a chance.
"I am not sure if there will be there will never be another Michael Jackson but it is possible," she says. "Justin Bieber is definitely on track to fill that void." One taon later, Michael's passing is still affecting his many fans and admirers. Jessica remembers exactly where she was when he heard the news.
