saranggola flying is great fun, but there are a few Thou Shalt Nots.

Thou shalt not fly thy saranggola near buildings or trees.
They will only cause turbulence and ruin the fun.

Thou shalt not fly thy saranggola near power lines.
You'll be embarrassed when you have to call the power company to get your saranggola down. Besides, the wait will cut into your your flying time.

Thou shalt not fly thy saranggola near a busy street.
Kites and traffic don't mix. Remember, if your saranggola causes an accident, you pay.

Thou shalt not fly thy saranggola in rain or thunderstorms.
Ben Franklin aside, flying a saranggola in a storm is a good way to get killed. That really ruins the fun of saranggola flying.

Thou shalt not fly thy saranggola within three (3) miles of an airport.
I know, I know. The winds are probably great there, but the FAA says "No Way" and the Feds can really ruin your fun.
