Absolutely. Julian re-writing Brooke's story last night so that he basically replaced Lucas' part in Brooke's past, and in the overall story actually (Julian "made the winning shot"?? Really?) was the final straw. It's just absurd, in more ways than one. I can't believe Mark would stoop as low as to re-write his own story that HE created. Whether or not he's intentionally doing it to spite BL/BL fans... I don't know. Maybe this is just Mark's way of trying to show us how happy Brooke is in her new life, and with her husband, and trying to bring her story full circle. But it's definitely not coming across well.

Not to mention that they're completely revolving the UKOR story around Brooke all of a sudden, which also pisses me off to no end. But that's a totally different subject lol.

Mark definitely didn't make any friends after last night's episode, that's for damn sure.

Honestly, i don't even think it's just BL fans that should be offended. LP & Lucas fans should be pretty indignant right about now as well.

I can not believe that in the 2nd to last episode EVER, the writers STILL have to shit all over the memory of Brucas and Lucas.

We get it. Chad left, you hate him for it. Sophia hates Chad, so obviously that means everything that ever happened with Brucas must be erased and acted as if it never fucking happened.

Let's bring Julian in, a character who has been a part of the show for a whole THREE seasons... and act as if he was/should have been a part of the Tree Hill story from the beginning. i think this is what's going on, more than anything else. i think it's more about mark trying to prop brulian, & brooke's new life.. than it is about mark trying to purposely disrespect brucas. yes, he's going about it in the wrong way. but he could very easily have genuine, harmelss intentions behind it of just wanting to give brooke a full circle happy ending with julian.

I could maybe see that if things were a bit different. But how does giving Brooke a full circle happy ending need to include Julian re-writing history and replacing Lucas with himself? As well as totally screwing up An Unkindness of Ravens?!

I don't see why all the anger, you guys act as if Lucas was the love of Brooke's life or something. So Julian replaced Lucas with himself? it doesn't matter, sometimes i wish Julian would have been in the earlier seasons...

I haven't watched a full episode of OTH since season 6 and from what I'm reading there's no way I'm planning on catching up anytime soon. But just to respond to ^ that comment, even if I don't know what the hell is going on, just by reading the comments I'm pretty sure I'll be pissed as well. I've been with this show for a long time and to read that some character (who was once a minor character, btw) is changing everything and making it seem like HE was there from there from the very beginning? That's a HUGE palm to the face with a side of a "WTF" expression.

It's funny how almost 3-4ish years ago LP & BL fans always argued about which couple is on top or better than the other only to both get screwed at the very end (although it's more BL than LP, which I do feel bad about). Good job Mark, good job.

It's not about Lucas being or not being the love of her life, it's not even just about Brucas!! It's about re-writing the shows HISTORY. Julian is taking UKOR and totally fucking it up, therefore in my mind, he's fucking up Tree Hill history.

What's next? Is it going to be Julian that went in to the school and saved Peyton during the school shooting?? Will it be Julian instead of Lucas who has a heart condition? Will Julian write himself as Nathan's rival instead of Lucas??

Seriously, i don't understand how more people aren't upset. The writers are having Julian take OUR HISTORY, the storylines that we watched and loved, hated, laughed at, cried over... and just... undoing them.

It's kind of ironic that the first thing BL and LP are agreeing upon is that Julian is screwing up our history and writing history. No wonder I stopped watching.
