Why can't I stand Claire/Charlie?

Don't think I'm stupid, okay but answer me, please...
So here it is:
I don't like them together... And I don't know why...
I think it's because of Charlie... I never liked him that much. I mean he is a good friend and he cares about Claire but I still can't get it why they are so well-liked...
What's your opinion?
