Photographing mga engkanto is a 1997 ethereal pantasiya film directed sa pamamagitan ng Nick Willing and is based on the novel sa pamamagitan ng Steve Szilagyi. It was influenced sa pamamagitan ng the infamous Cottingley mga engkanto hoax. (The mga engkanto appear in a series of five photographs taken sa pamamagitan ng Elsie Wright (1901–88) and Frances Griffiths (1907–86) in 1917)
