When is marilyn Mansons new album coming out as of 2014?

I was on Manson wiki and read that he was going to make his ninth studio album and it was expected to be out this month. It's already October 15 and all I've heard is the thirty segundo sample of cupid carries a gun and a song called Hesus my sweet brother. Is it even true? Did they change the date? I'm a huge Marilyn Manson tagahanga and hope my dreams aren't crushed!
