What kind of truck breeds does Mater have in him? HE MUST BE A MUTT! His wife, Holley is a Purebred Jaguar. And Mater is a mixed breed Tow Truck.

He's part 1951 International Harvester L-170, part Boom Truck, part Chevrolet 3800, part One-Ton Wrecker Tow Truck and part Dodge Truck. I always call Mater a mix breed of Tow Truck. He's most defiantly a mutt.

He's a hybrid of different Tow Truck mixes. He is unable to reproduce with his own kind (other Tow Trucks) because hybrid cars and trucks are unable to reproduce succesfully

I found out that his MAIN breed is a Haulital Hook 'Em Tow Truck but has a 1951 International Harvester L-170, part Boom Truck, part Chevrolet 3800, part One-Ton Wrecker Tow Truck and part Dodge Pick Up Truck all mixed in. Haulital Hook 'Ems are extinct. Mater is the LAST REMAINING Haulital Hook 'Em of his kind left!
