As a great fan, I was saddened to hear of your cancer diagnose. May I suggest, that you look into two sources, to build up your immune system. One, is Macrobiotic cooking, the diet and way of life. You can take classes in how to use Macrobiotic Cooking. Eat plenty of miso, and have as much miso soup, as you can.
The second, is Dr. Johanna Budwigs protocol of flax seed oil and flax seed, mixed with quark and other foods.
Her book, which includes recipes, is excellent.
Do not have any madami chemo or radiation, as it kills not only unhealthy cells, but the good ones. It destroys your immune system.
