Is it TRUE that Michael had to stop history and dangerous tour bcuz he was sick and collasped.

Its a video on YouTube that shows him on a bridge pag-awit earth song and then all of a sudden the bridge falls. They sinabi that fall hurt him really bad....and he finish the ipakita but after that he collasped and they sinabi he wasn't in shape to finish the tour. So he cancelled it. Is that true.
