OMG!! Ive always wondered the same :L I dont think its about sex? It doesnt really have the right sort rhythm etc for me. Remember he co wrote the song, it was Michael, Teddy Riley, Tyrese Gibson, Jaron Henson. its because its a tagahanga made song with Michaels voice. he never wrote or recorded it

I think that songs about a girl he likes and his just telling her not to be afaid to pag-ibig him too, you know? If that helps it was also called "Guess who's making whoopie (with your girlfriend)" but changed it to preserve Michael's innocence :D
