After Lacey's audition, she headed back to the dressing room and awaited the results. As she waited she decided to listen to her ipod while she was awaiting to see how she did. Out of the 20 women that auditioned only 10 would get a call back as she wait Lacey hoped she got a call back. While listening to music she watched as the other 19 girls went and did their auditions.
About 10 minutos after the last girl auditioned, michael's manger Frank called us out onto the stage and told us to form a long line in front of the stage. He then gave an assitant a clipborad and two small stacks of colored paper slips. The assitant made her way to the stage and began to hand out the slips of paper, all while looking at what looked like a roster on the clipboard. After all the dancers were handed a colored slip of paper Frank stood up. "Ladies what you have in your hand is going to determine wheather or not you got a call back. If you have red piece of paper you made the callback listahan if you have a black slip of paper....im sorry you didnt make it to the callback list. Callback audition will be held here in two days at 12:00" With that sinabi Frank then sat down. All the girls began looking at the papers they held in their hands. Lacey was scared to even look at hers. Lacey took a deep breath and slowly looked down to see she had a red paper, she was overjoyed. She wanted to jump for joy like some of the other girls were doing but that was soon intterupted sa pamamagitan ng a fellow dancer. "You have got to be kidding me!!!! How could i have not made the list?!?!?!?I was the best dancer at my dance acdamey!!!!ARGH I demand a re audition!" The dancer exclaimed. "Ma'am im sorry you just werent good enough." Frank sinabi calmly. The dancer huffed and stomped back to the dressing room to get her things. Lacey then headed to grabbed her things as well, as she was heading in the angry dancer came storming out of the dressing room, she almost knocked Lacey down in the process. "Watch where you're going Ms. Fatso." she sinabi angerily before storming off. Lacey tried her best to not let what she sinabi get to her, she tired to think about the fact that she got a callback. But no mater how much she thought about it, the comment still upset her. Lacey grabbed her things and was trying to get out of the theatre before she started crying when she felt a hand on her shoulder. Lacey turned around to see Michael standing behind her. "Hey i just wanted to tell you you were great." Michael said. Lacey couldnt help but smile a little. "Um...thanks." Lacey then turned and was about to walk out of the theatre when michael gently grabbed her arm. "Hey wait.....i was wondering if you wanted to go out to lunch with me?" Michael asked. Lacey was taken back sa pamamagitan ng the offer. She couldnt believe a celebertiy was asking her out to lunch. "Now?" Lacey asked. "Yeah...that is if its okay with you?" Lacey thought about it for a moment. "Um....Sure." Lacey replied. "Okay great well you wait outside and ill be right back." Michael sinabi as he headed back into the theatre to grab his things..................
