Can anyone tell me any details about a possible Mortal Instruments movie? (:

The rights to a film version were optioned sa pamamagitan ng Unique Features. The producers working on the project are Michael Lynne and Robert Shaye, both of whom are well known for their work on the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy. Screenwriter Jessica Postigo has been contracted to write the script.
IMDb Pro lists the project as In Development, which means not much is known yet, because there isn't much to know.
The film is currently slated for 2012.
