Do u find Mortal Kombat's storyline and pangkalahatang lore to be VERY/REALLY deep and mind-bending as well as even confusing?

I think the big picture storyline is easy enough to understand, but when you get into madami details, it can get a bit confusing. The characters and their story-lines are very thought out and detailed. I think that's part of the appeal of Mortal Kombat. Yes, it's a fighting game first and foremost, but the stories behind it, I think, make one madami invested in the game and characters.
