Fluttershy would have been very late with her cutie mark. Perhaps a bird would eventually fly to Cloudsdale, or she would visit Ponyville; or maybe she wouldn’t find mga hayop until she graduated and started looking for her own place.
Pinkie Pie would have found a way. So much joy on hold in that little filly—it would come out eventually. Granny Pie seemed to have a good influence on her in that way.
Rarity would have had to work really hard, continuing in the fashion field. She might have even gotten a different cutie mark; perhaps with fabric, scissors, needle, thread, etc. (I HOPE not scissors, that’s Snips cutie mark. XD) Maybe she would find some gems in another way.
Twilight Sparkle: Something tells me she would keep trying. Even if she failed that entrance exam, she would keep studying and working her magic until someone would realize her true potential. But if it weren’t for Dash, Twi might have not become Celestia’s student.
applejack would have figured out sooner or later that she needed to go back home. It just wasn’t working out well at the Oranges’, so she would have left even if a bahaghari didn’t ipakita her the way.
And bahaghari Dash? So bold, so adventurous, so confident. She would keep flying. Flying and flying, until she achieved something great. Even if it's not a Sonic Rainboom, it would be something.
This was something I was just thinking about. If a cutie mark represents a ponies true talent, it seems like they'd all get the cutie marks they have, no matter what. But who knows?

Spike sneaks into Zecorah's place and 'borrows' a special flower. Smelling it will make you fall in pag-ibig with the first person you see. Obviously he tries to get Rarity to smell it, accidentally infecting everyone in ponyville in the process. Eventually everypony's chasing Spike in a lovestruck stampede, causing Celestia to come down from her kastilyo to see what the ruckus is about. When she too smells the bulaklak and falls in pag-ibig with Spike all hell breaks lose.
Spike is forced to ask Zecorah for help. She creates a kulay-rosas ulap of fog, that cures everypony. Luckily for Spike nopony remembers a thing. In the end he writes a letter to Celestia, about how pag-ibig is something that cannot be forced.
