I just want to say, thanks everyone for making this club such an amazing place! And I would also pag-ibig to give a shoutout to all of my mga kaibigan in the Pokémon and Haron region club!
Acceptance.
I never quite understood how much power this word contained...until now.
I used to go to a middle school that nearly crushed the personality out of me. Everyone was cussing, being inappropriate, pushing others around, and just flat-out being bullies. And on tuktok of all that, my BFF and I were growing apart. Everything I could do, she could do better, and as you can imagine, I began to grow jealous. Then, in seventh grade, we were no longer in any of the same classes, so it drove an even deeper wedge in our friendship.
Now, I'm not asking for a pity party or anything like that. Sure, it was no picnic, but it was because of all this that I became who I am today.
This year, I go to a different school, but I still missed my friends.
Then I discovered this website, and it was everything I had wanted. You guys are all amazingly talented! Don't even try to deny it; you're all awesome! Each and every one of you was madami talented than I was. But I didn't feel intimidated or jealous.
It was then I learned the power of the word, "acceptance." The power to bring peace. So I resolved to be not above the ones I admired, but equal to you in talent. (Hence my new motto, "Not above, but equal.")
Thank you so much! I can't even emphasize how much your compliments and the things you do mean to me, though they may seem little to you.
Acceptance.
