The rest of the ponies that were going to work on the tracks arrived in different vehicles.
Jeff: Okay, I removed the bad rails while we were waiting for you. Nopony is in the signal tower, so Percy is operating the switches. Let's lay down the new rails, put in new spikes, then add the ballast. Everyone ready?
Railroad Ponies: Yes.
Jeff: Great. Let's get to work.
Railroad Ponies: *Moving pasulong in a machine that lays down new rails*
It set down the new rails, and as a lever was pulled, spikes were put in the tracks to keep the rails in place.
Railroad Ponies: *Moving very slowly while they put the spikes in, so they won't have an accident*
Mirage: *Passes them on the other track in a passenger train*
Jeff: *Walks behind the rail and spike machine, and looks at the track Mirage just drove on* Those spikes look loose.
Railroad Ponies: *Putting in the last spikes* We're finished, put down the ballast.
madami Railroad Ponies: *Moving pasulong in a ballast machine*
Jeff: *Going to the ponies in the rail and spike machine* That other track is having problems with the spikes. We need to take them out, and put in new ones.
Railroad Ponies: You got it. We're getting started on that now.
Jeff: Signal's red, you better get started.
But before the railroad ponies could get onto the other track, a freight train rolled by. It had over fifty freight cars being pulled sa pamamagitan ng a gas turbine locomotive. As the caboose rolled by, one of the spikes fell out.
Jeff: We better get started. Tell Percy to set the points to the new track, and help me take out the bad spikes.
Railroad parang buriko 39: *Going to the tower to tell Percy*
Railroad parang buriko 82: What are you going to do?
Jeff: While you get started on taking out the bad spikes, and replacing them with new ones, I'll take out the last two for you.
Railroad parang buriko 82: Alright, let's do it.
Percy: *Changing the points*
Railroad Ponies: *On the left track in the rail and spike machine. Arms on the machine take out the bad spikes, and replace them with new ones*
Jeff: *Taking out the last two bad spikes*
Ballast Ponies: Do you still need us here?
Jeff: No, head back to the yards.
Ballast Ponies: *Going back to the yards in the Ballast Machine*
Shortly after they left, another long freight train passed on the right, pulled sa pamamagitan ng four diesels.
Railroad Ponies: *Placing in the two new spikes* All done.
Jeff: Good work. *Teleports into the signal tower* Come on Percy, time to go.
Signal Pony: *Arrives* Thanks for taking over-
Jeff: Why did you just leave the tower?
Signal Pony: I had to use the bathroom. Didn't anyone come here to take over for me until I got back?
Percy: No.
Signal Pony: My radio probably isn't working.
Jeff: *Looks at the radio* It seems fine to me. Let me check something else. *Uses his magic to examine inside the radio* It's part of your receiver. One of the wires got loose. *Uses his magic to fix it*
Signal Pony: Thank you.
Jeff: Okay Percy, let's go. *Leaving with Percy*
Percy: So you can't fix railroad tracks with magic, but you can fix radios. This doesn't make sense.
Jeff: *Shrugs*

"And why the hell should I help any of you?" Ganger groaned.
"Because we heard of you.. Our interests are alike" sinabi Rover, the lead Diamond dog.
"I'm not the one who got out smarted sa pamamagitan ng a little filly" Ganger mocked.
"S.. She kept whining!" Spot groaned.
"Your only proving my point" Ganger mocked.
"Look.. We might have a way to change you back from a changeling.. We've been secretly working on something over the years.. But it needs ginto in order to work" Rover told.
"Gold!?.. Who the hell designed that!?" Ganger mocked.
"Look.. You in or not!?" Rover cried.
"(sighs) Fine... I think I know to get gold" Ganger replied.
