Is the house of Patrick (S06 E03) the same house of Jen Shepard?

I just saw S06 E03. I think the house looks exactly like Jen's house except the colours. Patricks house is green and white, Jen's house was red and dark brown but besides the colours they look very similar.
Is it real the same house or are they just similar?
