Gibbs and Kate had chemestry-Kate never looked at Tony like a man.Ziva is the real match for Tony-she even matches his werid dirty humor.

With Tony and Kate, it has never seemed serious, more like harmless flirting that isn't going anywhere, although the writers like playing with this aspect of the show.To me Ziva and Tony balance each other out pretty well, they both come on strong but have shown that they have a softer side.Their relationship is a lot more mature.

Tate was like watching two children in grammar school fight, while really liking each other. Tiva, on the other hand, is like watching smoldering embers about to burst into flames.+Kate was always interested more in Gibbs.

Tony is still not a man he have to be.And Ziva didn't have anything against that.Kate was always interested in Gibbs personal life a lot more,than in Tony's personal life.Actually she never took a serious interest in Tony's personal life.:)

If Kate was still alive,Tony will still be the same boy-her death change him and make him grow+his relationship with Jeanne.Tony had hots for Kate-Kate didn't took a serious interest in him.While Tony and Kate's relationship was one in which Tony would say things and Kate would get all shocked and baffled, Ziva is often the one to shock Tony.Her comments back to him seem to be more biting than Kate's ever were.I love that Ziva hits back at Tony.That relationship is far more equal for me.

If Kate didn't die,Tony still will be the same boy-even if now he is more grown up,he is still not a man.The thing is Ziva doesn't care-she can handle that relationship.Kate can't-too often she was shoked by Tony's commentary.
