Perhaps she is the old woman who appeared at the beginning of Disney's Beauty and the Beast; the lady who was shunned sa pamamagitan ng the Beast/prince Adam, but only to convert herself into a beautiful fairy when sinabi prince refused her gift, the rose.

I think she's the reyna of Hearts, b/c she works at a mental ward & she's like Nurse Ratched, she tries to be caring but she ends up doing the opposite.
