1. Ruby
Okay, so I'm always stuck between Ruby and Regina but I usually always go with Ruby. I just pag-ibig how much her outfits and make-up changed since season 1 when she was dressing a bit slutty which didn't do her any favors. She always looks smoking hot with the gorgeous outfits she wears, and always has "enough" make-up on; not too much, not too less.
