This is a great season but it's also a mess at the same time. I like the idea of The Dark Swan more than I do The Underworld idea. However, The Underland story had more emotional and awesome moments like anything involving Cruella, anything with Regina and Zelena, Zelena finally getting closure with her mother, Regina getting closure with her father who also gets to meet his grandson, and so much more. It was still kind of messy but still fantastic. The Dark Swan had great episodes but other characters, especially Zelena, got shafted for most of it and it went south once Hook became a Dark One. It's funny that the story arc that is supposed to be about Emma was about Hook while the story arc that was supposed to be about Hook was about Regina and to a lesser extent Zelena (But that part was a RELIEF because of what an irritating BORE Hook is). Both storylines had messy moments, more so The Dark Swan, but also had plenty of awesome moments. The others are definitely MUCH better!

It's not that I didn't like it it's just that I felt like there was a lot of potential that it just didn't live up to.
