Part 1: The secret!

Zayn’s P.O.V

The two girls - Mihrap and Bella - were getting closer. And we were so lucky beacause Mihrap could cook as well as Bella. Mihrap seemed to like me very much. She usually came to clean my room every araw and cooked the pagkain I liked. Bella could realize that easily and kept teasing me all the time about it. These days, she was full of energy and laughed all the time. Seeing her happy made my mood better. Bella was like the sunshine of my life.

Then they all went swimming but I didn’t because I was really scared of water. Before going, Bella told me to fix the lock of her wardrobe. So then I was trying as much as possible to fix it. I had no idea about fixing such these things but I just did it for her.
“Oh, perfect” I yelled when I finally opened it.

But at that moment, my puso couldn’t beat any longer. I felt breathless. I saw a litrato in her wardrobe - the litrato of me and Belly when we were 6 in Hawaii. I took the litrato out of the wardrobe and I realized that Bella was Belly - my first love.
“Why is this earth so small? Is it the destiny that makes me meet Belly and pag-ibig her again?” I asked myself millions of questons.

I saw under the litrato was a big box. I took it out and opened it. In the box , there were all our mementos: the kuwintas I gave her before I went away, the letters we wrote for each other, the headband I gave her on her 6th birthday, the gardenia jasminvides. I put on her dress our first prom,…. Everything reminded me of a lovely Belly that I used to pag-ibig madami than myself.

Little Zayn’s P.O.V

That araw was the last araw I spent in London. I was going back to Pakistan the susunod day. I didn’t tell Belly anything. I didn’t want to see her cry.
“Belly, I have to go. I don’t want but I have to.” I talked to myself, standing in front of her house.
While I was putting the letter into her door, suddenly there was someone hitting my back rudely.
“What the hell is that? Handsome?”

When I was about to hide the letter behind me, Belly snatched it from my hand.
I shouted:
“No, Belly! Please don’t open it”
Closing her cars to my words, she opened the letter. As I expected, not until she finished pagbaba the letter, she burst into tears.
Belly ran away in tears. I immediately ran after her, shouting:
“Belly, please listen to me. Belly!”
But she didn’t stop. I had to run as fast as possible to catch her. Finally I touched her arm and held it tightly to prevent her from running away from me again.
She sobbed:
“Zainy, how can you do that to me? Why? You hate me?”
I teared up a little:
“No, Belly. You know I…I…I……I really pag-ibig you.”
She still cried very hard:
“You promise you will protect me fot my whole life. But now you are going to leave me! Who do you think I am? How can I live without you Zainy?”
I hugged Belly tightly:
“I don’t believe you any longer. You never keep your promise I hate you, Zainy.”

I cried too:
“I don’t know when I can come back to see you but please believe me this time. I will be a singer as my dream and you can find me easily. Don’t forget me, Belly.”
She hit me:
“Zainy, your are really leaving me? How can I forget you? How? Please tell me.”
I hugged her madami tightly:
“I will never forget you, Belly. In the nesxt 10 years, when I’m famous, I will ask you to be my girlfriend again.”
After that, I took the kuwintas with a four-leaf clover, which I made for Belly out of the envelop. I gently made her to wear it. I whispered:
“Never take it off, Belly. It will give you luck for all your life.”

Then I gave Belly a soft halik on her lips. That was our first time and the only time she sinabi to me that she loved me.
