Again, I don't feel right picking, or even including Lucas... since we only saw him as a father for 1 episode. But Jake was a great dad, his whole world revolved around Jenny! That's literally like ALL that his character was lol

seeing him with baby sawyer in 6x24 was more than enough proof for me <3

i will support Luke here coz everyone will pick Nathan or Jake...so im going with Luke in this one coz he seemed a really good father to Sawyer even in the scene where he holds her in the dark...when Peyton was still in the hospital...and from the fact that he has been a really good role model to Jamie and he took care of Angie with Brooke

Lucas had like 1 scene with Sawyer when he was holding her so I don't think we can compare him.
Dan was great character , horrible father.
Nathan was great.
Jake was amazing , the only thing he cared about was Jenny.

& Jake.
Lucas? pfffft, one scene and people pick him?. Geez.

And Jake, but I find it hard to compare him with Nathan as we have seen much more (great) scenes of Nathan&Jamie than Jake&Jenny

Definitely.
Nathan has a lot of really great moments as a dad on the show, but what I wrote about Haley being a mom pretty much applies to Nathan as a dad. The only thing I can add to what I said about Haley is that Nathan teases Jamie a lot. Sometimes it's cute and funny, but sometimes I think it's too much. It's good to be playful with your kids... but sometimes when you repeat a joke over and over, you child can start to think it's not a joke and it's the truth. Like Nathan teasing Jamie for being short or for being a smart ass or nosy (not in those exact words... usually it's that he's an ease dropper or that he has big ears). In general Nathan's a great dad... but there are definitely a few things on the show that he's done as a father that aren't so great. But he's A BILLION times better than his father ever was.

We didn't see so much of Jake, but everything we saw was pretty incredible. The way he sacrificed pretty much everything in his life for Jenny. And how he was willing to do whatever possible in order to provide her with a stable environment.
