YES. The delivery scene was such a rip off of LP & NH... mostly LP though ("Are they okay?"). And Jamie with a basketball was just another way for them to force the ending, in attempt to make it like old school OTH, even though it really made no sense.

the finale was fine, i liked it (most of it) but these two things were not so logical....even Nate said to Dan that Jamies loves baseball and then suddenly we see him THE ENTIRE EPISODE with a basketball....why??????

and the whole Brooke-pregnancy going wrong and Julian being sad and talking to the babies just reminded me SO MUCH of LP and Naley especially Luke when he was talking to Sawyer about being there for her and that "Daddy is here".....

really really annoyed with how OTH is not original anymore and doesn't remember their own story lines!!!!! READ the script Mark- Jamie loves baseball and Chuck went through some stuff just to find out that he was good at baseball after all....so why basketball????just to remind us of Lucas and Karen and how happy and GREAT these story lines where????

Laurencia7 picked Agree with Jamie but not with Brulian's drama:
If Mark didn't try and kill the baby it would be more unfamiliar. He loves that drama. The only way it was similar.

I think the BJu thing was redundant...but Jamie's I get. He's a Scott, they have to love basketball :)

BRUCASBELIEVER picked Disagree with both, i think it were both fine:
Lucas and Nathan both loved other sports growing up, but basketball was the one that gave them something to love, to hope for. I think that's what Mark was trying to get across, another Scott loving this sport...plus Jamie has always loved basketball. It really reminded me of Karen and Lucas. The whole "daddy's here" thing was different...same line different meaning. Lucas said that to Sawyer when he didn't know if Peyton was going to make it or not...he was letting Sawyer know that even if her mother wasn't around he would always be. Julian was letting his baby boys know that they would be fine. It's really starting to get on my nerves how almost everything Brulian does people try and tear down. I guess that's their opinion though.
