The penguins are in for an event, when a new young ibong dagat joins them. With his charm and susprising fighting skills, he dominates popularity and Skipper's attention. No ibong dagat is bothered sa pamamagitan ng this madami than Private, who is threatened sa pamamagitan ng this new comer. While this hostility is taking place, matters only seem to get worse, when walang tiyak na layunin pranks take place aimed at Skipper. Their worlds are turned upside down, and Private resorts to quitting, right before Christmas. The young ibong dagat starts a new life as a family pet. One day, Skipper visits Private, and begs him to come back. After rejecting his leader, Private remembers something about Skipper, which helps him gain a better understanding for his old friend. He bids farewell to his new life, and heads home-only to find his team is missing. Throughout this journey of friendship, family, and inner-strength; frequent flashbacks of how the team was chosen take place. This story is written in one article.

The penguins come together and rise from the ruins of the world to save it from the menaces that run anarchy, after the loss of one of their own, who is pitted against them. Their mission: restore the world back to normal. Their enemy: zombies. While Skipper leads his team of zombie hunters, he covers a dark secret, that he deals with every day, hidden from the world. Will this be the end for the penguins?
The Triangle
The bermuda-that is. What would happen if the penguins were stranded somewhere no one had ever returned from? What if they turned on each other? How about if their minds twisted, and they had one goal: to kill Private? Would he make it out… alive? Or will he fall into their traps?
Something fishy starts happening, when Skipper leads the team on a survival training excersice in the Bermuda Triangle. It's all smooth sailing, until they enter the mysterious, deadly triangle. A freak storm appears, and they wreck. It doesn't take them long to adjust and set up shelter. A few hours after dinner, which Private skipped, the others start plotting about killing the young soldier. Once they start to get into a fight, Private runs away. Now, it's up to Private to protect himself, and uncover the mystery of what happened to his mga kaibigan and how he can help.
Skipper 2
Kowalski uses the team as guinea pigs to test out his robot duplicate of Skipper for when he leaves on secret solo missions. But the clone gets a little too comfortable being Skipper.
Hard Time
It's been awhile since the penguins faced Officer X for the first time. As you know, he has always failed, but not this time. The penguins are actually defeated sa pamamagitan ng the foe, and sent to the Animal Control Super-Max Facility. When a gang of cut-throat pirates kidnap Private and steal the penguins "booty", it's up to the rest of the team to rescue him. The penguins are astonished to see that the pirates incarnated Private, not only into their captain but, greedy king, too.

In order to make room for the latest attraction, the zoo will have to get rid of one species of animals. Comissioner McSlave will decide who stays, and who gets the boot. The penguins are confident-as long as they have Private. But when the young ibong dagat breaks his leg and is unable to entertain, everything topples. When the comissioner comes, he makes his final decision to get rid of the penguins to build a dolpin habitat. For Doris and Flippy! Not really caring, Alice erranges a malaking kahon to take them to the opposite pole. But that's not the worst, it's the same polar madala reserve as the one Marlene's ex-roomate almost ended up in. Gathering information, the penguins watch a documentary on the area. After the gruesome images, Private is petrified. In the mapait wild, it's survival of the fittest. But none of them are for that habitat, especially Private with his broken leg. Could they survive and ever return home?

Private never really believed nor understood the saying his uncle used: "Everything happens for a reason". Yet when Kowalski invents a machine that back-fires, and unintenionally turns them into humans, what's the point in that. Now, he's cold, alone, and homeless-on the busy alleys of New York City. Stealing every cent he begs for, is a gang. They beat him up every night. His life is a living nightmare until some one finds him. While Private is having this fiasco, Skipper has found a job. He beginnings saving up for an apartment. He doesn't really need a tahanan for awhile, because he spends all his extra time searching for his friends.During this story, they begin their new temparory lifes.

When they are reuntied, the penguins figure out what it means to be humans. Private learns the differences between this strange new world and his old one. He deals with school, bullies, girls, growing up, and his peers. The penguins-or team is becoming madami and madami human. But in the end, they being forgetting how it was as penguins.
Transformed Book 3: Difficulties
Private claims to never wanting to change back. Upset Skipper shows him something that gives him a drastic change to his opinion. When they get back, Kowalski and Skipper fight about what Skipper had shown Private. He admits that they may never turn back into penguins. Later on, Skipper even changes his perspective of his new life, when he meets a certain some one. He goes out a lot, and Private gets jealous. There friendship is tearing apart at the seams.

Kowalski's invention is finally complete, and most of the boys are elated. sa pamamagitan ng the time this happens Skipper and his new girlfriend have gotten serious. He asks her to transform with them, but she thinks he's crazy and refuses. Just as they are about to turn into their normal state, a crisis arises.
