A message arrives to you, and suprisingly enough, it's letterhead is that of the Pentagon. The letter reads: To Dr. Blowhole, we understand your past situations with the ibong dagat Brigade has been one of agression. At this time, it is our understanding that your actions will not be repeated.You must know, however, that as of the Pagsulat of this letter, as authorized sa pamamagitan ng the Secretary of Defence and President Jack Ryan, the ibong dagat Brigade, hereby lead sa pamamagitan ng Col. Skipperand currently under my direction, is now a part of the United States Military. You are hereby advised that any action you make against the brigade or any of its members is an attack on the United Statees of America. At this time, the President is working with this organieation. If they are attacked in any wa sa pamamagitan ng your unit, there will be matulin actions taken against you. Furthermore, the President has set up headquaters in Central Park as you may already know from media press reports. It is my suggestion that any communications you plan with this organization remain silent.- Gen. Lyn Cassady, United States Army, Psyops Division, First Earth Battalior.
