Could it be Peter?

I have began to feel watched all of the time. I have a talent for sensing when I am being looked at and can nearly always pinpoint the stare. At the moment I have absolutely no clue what is staring at me. Could it be Peter? I live in a house which is surrounded sa pamamagitan ng other houses and my window is to the back of the house over the garden so it would be easy to see someone. The stars (when I can see them- Damn pollution) seem to flicker ever so slightly when I look at them. And I can hear a quiet sort of humming/buzzing sound occasionally. tinkerbell's wings? If there is the smallest chance it could be Peter I will take it.
