Did Phineas try to tell Isabella he likes her as madami than a friend?

I AM SO CONFUSED. D:

When Isabella was pag-awit The City of Love, Phineas was completely oblivious. But, during Summer Belongs to You (song at the end), they were dancing... uh... not exactly how mga kaibigan dance with each other. xD There were these adorable little holding hands/singing to each other moments, 'specially when they were spinning around together. D'aw. <33

But, back on subject. ^^;
During Summer Belongs to You (the song!) was Phineas:
A) Just having fun and "thanking" Isabella for inspiring him on the island.
B) Trying to display his more-than-friend type affection toward her.

Does anyone know? D: I'm so confused! Thanks in advance, though.

Nah, I don't think so. alyinwonderland is probably just confused and needs an answer, so a pick wouldn't really help.
